It took very long to be helped when I walked into the location. There were 5 people waiting to be served and there was no one at the counter. It took 15 minutes before someone walked in and started helping us. This locations needs at least one more employee.

Drop off location was changed to a downtown location from Mt. Pleasant. This downtown location was not a good fit for a 26 ft truck, as it is on the corner of small streets. Would have been better to have the return somewhere where it was not tight on turns or space.

From start to finish I was treated very well. It was fast, easy and efficient. The lady in the afternoon was kind and got me out quickly and the gentleman who checked out the van was able to send me on my way quickly as well.

The line for customer service was out to the door when I arrived and there were only two (2) personnel assisting customers. Once I got to the counter, the attendant compounded the hour long wait by "helping" another customer who was just returning products. Meanwhile, three (3) more customers who were behind me were assisted and left. To add insult to injury, I was chastised by the employee for coming in on Friday at the end of the month while the Manager argued with a customer about why she had to wait so long in line. Very disappointed! I could have rented from Budget if this is how I wanted to be treated!



Both staff members I talked to today (July 9 2018) were unnecessarily rude. I used the app for check in and check out for the first time. I had a question about checking in to get my vehicle and the woman was rude saying i needed to do all through the app. Upon check out (return) I used the app fully and put my key in the drop box. The second woman came out and rudely admonished me for not coming inside to talk to a person. I told her I was using the app and she continued to rudely condescend to me. Overall a terrible check in and check out experience. Will consider Home Depot or Penske for my next truck rentals...

The kid dealing with the trucks knew what he was doing us and just told us drop it here and you are good to leave. Some lady tried to tell us differently, but he corrected he and said no I need to check the tire pressure. This guy seemed to have the best interest for everyone, the lady just wanted it parked elsewhere so she didn't have to deal with it even though he was doing everything

Only one person working the counter with 10 people waiting in line. Calling the night before saying the truck I had confirmed for noon wouldn't be available until maybe 5 pm. When we got to the location 10 of the trucks that we had confirmed were on the lot. We got the truck that was confirmed but it had just been returned. We didn't understand that with all the other's sitting on the lot. The return was good and the lady waiting on us was quick checking everything out and getting us on our way.

I was there during a busy Friday afternoon so delays were expected but I had paid online, etc and still took 1.5 hours. Manager was very nice and apologetic. Needs more staff!!

I waited on line for 1 hour even though I made an appointment on the website prior to coming into the store. The workers took incredibly long to check people in, spending 20 minutes on some people individually. I don't understand why it would take so long to check people in to rent a Uhaul. I should not have to wait 1 full hour on line when I already made an appointment and showed up early for the appointment. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

1 hour wait. I realize this is the busy time of year but I had already done everything on line. You need a better computer system. The people behind the counter do not need to leave and go and hook up my trailer. You need outside help only for this. It was very frustrating.



Great and friendly people with a desire to help. They were comfortable and knowledgeable of their product. Need just a bigger lot and add one more way to enter the lot.
