The parking lot is too tight to get out easily with a 15 ft. truck. The clerk was rude when we asked if he could help by moving a truck.

Difficult to get the truck out, because of cars parked behind. Gas tank was empty.
Cary BWhen I picked up the truck, I noticed that the hand trucks (dollies) and moving blankets were already loose and unsecured in the back of the truck. I did not use any of these items during my rental. Additionally, the cargo area was very dirty when I received the vehicle, with debris and dirt already present in the back. I am documenting the condition of the truck at pickup so there is no misunderstanding regarding the equipment or cleanliness. Since I did not use the dollies or moving blankets, I should not be charged for them. Thank you.
Uriel MI was charged 3 days when I used it for 3 hours. Have spent over 5 hours on the phone in 3 days trying to get it resolved.
Susanne VFor the truck(not location), number gallons should be mentioned too, so it is easy to avoid extra charges and fill the perfect amount of gas.
