At the location I rented from the customer parking lot and office could be larger. The agent who helped me was excellent

Lacinda CGreat sign up,I actually called the location and the customer rep...helped me with e everything; great explanation re: procedures pickup biliing.Great location in very close proximity to my home and I would recommend. The U haul receptionist who I referred to previously was on duty alone.and there were .many people coming in..but you would have e thought she had 10 hands cause she managed it all with a smile....one point as a suggestion..a bigger parking lot is needed for customers when coming to the office.
PAMELA Mthey don’t respect reservations I had a reservation for 11 AM. I didn’t get a vehicle until 1145 this place is ghetto. While I’m waiting for my reservation they’re setting up reservations for other people on the phone and I still haven’t gotten my vehicle. it was the worst experience ever with U-Haul. This place needs to be evaluated and have new management.
