Never was told a code. Started moving into uhaul when the lock has a code no where to be found on my email or recipet. I had to drive all the way back to the location, just for the guy to say I forgot to tell you it was on the keys. Waste of miles! He was the only person there and didn’t seek busy, I tried to call 10 times.

MARVIN REquipment was not clean AT ALL. The whole cargo area was covered in dirt and fertilizer, and I mean covered. Been a long time user of uhaul for my rental needs and this was by far the worst experience by far. I was only allotted 33 miles while my move from domicile to domicile was far more than that, leading to excess charges, this was also an issue I’ve never ran into before until this rental period.
