Location was crowded with a large amount of inventory. Large convenience store, with multiple gas pumps with other retail businesses attached to the C-store. Hard to park a large truck. I requested a drop-off closer to my last stop. Had to drive another 45 minutes to the one U-Haul specified.
MARSHALL GThe customer service agent was EXCELLENT and helped me out a lot since this was my first time ever doing this. She did say the truck was half full of gas and it would have to be that way when i turned it back in but the gas was just a little below half full but I did not make an issue out of that.
ROBERT MI was charged a missing items fee for the dolly I never received
BRADLEY FTruck cab was a bit sticky and dirty. Not as many pads available as i had ordered. But the agent was very kind and helpful and the truck worked well.
