Location was closed so no interaction with personnel. Was confusing where to drop off keys and ai did not use one bag of furniture pads so I should be refunded for those but there was no ability to state that in the mobile app return process

Only negative would be to address what seems like persistent problem with tire pressure sensor. Had this problem a few times. Not a significant problem but if this sensor is to be useful, it needs to be off when there is no problem.
