The truck was dirty everything else was in line
TOBIN KI was charged 127 dollars for a van which I had for just an hour I showed the guy behind the counter where I was charged his response was well I don’t know what to tell you i will not be back to this location
George MTruck made a noise that sounded like marbles coming from the engine. Did not feel safe driving the rental. Was not able to use called and was told not to move. It has been a couple of days and I now have been charged $300.56 for a $29.99 plus insurance rate with mikes and gas used from Community U-Haul location off Rio. Not exceptional customer service.
FRANK MIt would be great if you fill up the tank instead of leaving at 1/3, 1/2 or 3/4 full. It makes it easier to fill up while returning.
