I was charge $16.00 for safe tow!, when i set up my rental i declined this on the app? why am i being charged for it?
CHRISTOS AI made a reservation online and the price was $29 for the use of a trailer for 6 hours. When I arrived the system did not have me and it was not working smoothly, it took multiple attempts to make a new reservation and the system was so slow, I was there almost an hour to finally get the reservation! And insurance was added after I denied it and I was charged for it. I was not able to see the complete reservation till after I rented the trailer! It was only $8 more but it is the principal…! The internet systems needs to be fixed… And a clear way for consumers to review the contact must me implemented.
