The app didn't work and u haul customer service were not very helpful. There were no people present at the drop off site since it was the weekend.

There is no jack on the trailer and it makes it very difficult to lift and hookup to the tow vehicle

RALPHDWAYNE BI, for no apparent, seemed to frequently leave something in the rented vehicle when I return it. Which Lanphere has always been very accommodating to retrieve the items and hold them until I came to pick them up — a much appreciated service.
