One of the worst UH locations have ever been every time for no reason they want to charge you fuel fee, even though you try to prove it and have – pictures they’re still just making it too hard for all Uhaul customers without any reason doing jealous

First I booked a truck online for london, I was then called the next day and told no trucks are being rented for more than 8 hours,...... canceled. Booked one online for Chatham , the day before pickup,,,, get a phone call , oh you have to go 30 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up now, so add an hour of travel time plus milage. Not impressed, .............canceled . Found another place in Chatham booked and used. Only issue there was I was told to call around to find a drop off point close to my apartment. As the drop off point they provided was 30 minutes away which I told the young lady, added another hour (there and back) to my day. And put me 17 miles over on my allowed mileage. Moving is stressful enough without adding onto it.the drop off point was the best part of the experience (once I got there)
