Marc POnly issue i had renting, was the cart wasn't available to rent as advertised on the website & app. Didn't find out until I picked up the truck. Owner said they haven't had those in a long time. Uhaul shouldn't offer products to rent that aren't available. Both the pickup & drop off went better than expected. The owner was very friendly & helpful to my needs & gladly gave me a discount since they couldn't provide the cart. 100% recommend.
ZABRINA STiny bit hard to see front door and a bit jumbled inside. However that’s trivial. It’s a truck rental after all. The staff were superlative and couldn’t be more efficient and helpful. In and out quickly and trailer was in good shape and as expected.
