had to go to Chatham to pick up a car hauler. but I had to use your truck but I paid for kilometers. I paid to go pickup and got chattered for it . was in a pinch had no choices. not happy with that. Yhx upu Rodney .

Not sure if it is U-Haul company policy about picking up your rental vehicle with only 1/4 tank of gas and having to return said vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas. Why wouldn't you provide a full tank of gas and ask the customer to return vehicle with full tank of gas? Found this awkward. We also had to contact U-Haul at your 800# which took forever to be answered. Was put on hold for over 20 minutes before representative could answer. I hope U-Haul would answer faster if one had a breakdown or emergency with rental vehicle, which we did not have, thankfully.

This has nothing to do with the location itself. My truck refused to shift into overdrive and therefore I had to drive 12 hours in third gear, and stop for fuel for a total of nearly 400 dollars in fuel. I am unimpressed with this as well as the disrepair of the tow dolly, not to mention that my wife had to sit awkwardly for the entire trip 14+ hoursbecause heat from the engine was burning her feet and legs through the gap between the doghouse and the rest of the dash panel. I am requesting a refunded discount as this is the third time renting a truck and dolly in a row that I have had issues, 3 years ago costing me my car, as the tow dolly ripped a hole in my radiator and pulled of my bumper, and the last two trucks now have cost me nearly $1000 dollars in fuel because the refused to shift.

I was sent to the Annes Auto location as the result of an issue at the Kent Motel location. i am very upset over this issue that caused me much frustration and concern. the person at Annes Auto was great to deal with after the issue at Kent Motel.

I Lysol wiped the steering wheel and door handles and they came away black. Although the truck appeared clean I don't think it was thoroughly cleaned. Especially need to with the pandemic ongoing. The air conditioner didn't work properly either!! Would have been nice especially with the 107 degree humidex. The person behind the desk was professional and courteous though😊
