I am happy with the overall experience, but I consider the lack of winter tires to be a significant shortcoming that should be addressed. It makes the vehicle dangerous to use in a province with snow and cold weather like Quebec. MARC FThe truck was clean when I picked it up, but during the pre-trip inspection, I noticed the driver's side windshield wiper was broken and requested a replacement. Additionally, the truck's roof was covered in 40 cm of snow, and the law clearly states that we must clear snow from vehicles before allowing them to be driven. Therefore, I had to do it myself; I was provided with a ladder to access the roof. The gas tank was half full, and I was told to fill it up halfway upon my return to the city, where I was to return the truck to another U-Hall location, which I did.
