It took two large men to lift the tongue with all our strength of this 6x12 which is insane. Get a tongue Jack, what if I’m 60 years old. It was frozen to the ground so we had to jump on the back to get it out of the ice
CHRISTOPHER DI was warned about this location to take a final picture of the gas tank as they have a reputation of siphoning gas out and lying about the level. I filled to over 3/8 and they said it was almost 1/8. It is owners like this that give u-haul a bad reputation. Pathetic, truly pathetic. So basically i got over charged by $ 60. Lesson learned.
Jim MMy pickup schedule is 9:30 but no body in there to assist me the door is locked and it says call this number so i call and it takes another 20 minutes to wait in cold weather, after everything i put my self the trailer to my hitch because she’s a girl and just wake-up without any gloves its cold like -17 . Same thing when I return the trailer the following morning i have to do it my self. No good
NOEL LWe were transferred from one location to other as our booked vehicle was not even there. We had to travel 15 extra miles. In satin the location we were transferred had the shipment totally covered in snow with the snow brush. We had to struggle to get the snow out. Our reservation was also mixed up. Had to spend an extra 2.5 hours before we could hit the road. The truck also had the engine light ON. We were worried through out if if we will be able to make to our destination. Just horrible experience.
