Allow earlier pickup. I arrived at 9:10 and had to wait 20 minutes until 9:30 until your system came on line.
Charles TYour website is not user friendly. I was unable to rent from same place as return. That cost more. I wanted to return where I rented. The gentleman at the HWY 58 uhaul was very helpful and changed things that cut the price in half. He also helped hook up and unhook. Best experience I've had with uhaul.

CARL BThe rental by cell phone was a nightmare and not user friendly at all. I could not get the system to process online via phone. My pickup was scheduled for 7:30 am but I didn't get a rental until 9:45 am. Also, on the website it reads that this location opens at 9am, but it didn't open until 9:30 am. This experience really caused my movers to get behind on time.
