I had no issues with picking up the truck at all! Met the area manager, extremely nice individual!! The only concern I have is why I was charged an extra almost 300 after my original rental payment of 131?!?! That seems kinda absurd honestly so unless I’m desperate I won’t be renting from you all ever again. I understand that gas/diesel isn’t cheap but in all honesty it just seems like your more about gauging your customers for whats in their pockets more than taking care of them rather than anything else and that’s not how a business should be ran!!

Matthew SThe process of rental was problematic as u-haul wouldn’t accept my paper driver’s license. I just got my Tennessee license earlier in the day and only had the temporary paper license and had to turn in my California license. This caused a major problem and an unnecessary delay in our truck rental for no reason. The paper copy should have been accepted. I know it’s u-haul policy but it’s a bad policy.
