The furniture pads I’d ordered were not in the truck so I had to stop and purchase some elsewhere. Also could not complete verification on the app due to a glitch. Had to call customer service. The entire situation was frustrating and got me behind by over one hour. The glitch is not the fault of the location but the lack of furniture pads and me trying to upload a picture of proof is what triggered the glitch. Just very frustrating.

KILA RThe U-Haul case management software seems to crash a lot. I had a 45-50 minute delay in getting the truck due to it being down. A gentleman that rents frequently from U-Haul said it happens a lot.
