The staff is great, very helpful. The location is very small with not a lot of room to maneuver vehicles, but the staff more than compensates for the lack of space.
MICHAEL SYou can clean the truck. The truck was not clean. There was so much dirt when I got in. Also the process to pick up the truck was long if you come after hours.

ANTHONY PThe truck's transmission was going out. The truck had not been cleaned prior to my use. There was trash from the previous renter. The truck was given to me with no fuel in it. Was charged extra from the last time I rented a truck from Uhail for charges I couldn't dispute. Return of truck was difficult and the process was muddled and confusing. The step by step process was flawed because the website wasn't sending me an access code. I didn't receive the access code until after I had given up and left. Overall it was the worst rental experience I have ever had.
