The ratchet device did not function properly until I had personnel at another location to clean and lube the device.

shane nThis person was one of the laziest I have ever met. Very demeaning in every way in action and language. Made reference to my generation saying, "I have so much trouble with people your age." Maybe because you make no effort to help the customer. She even told me to go drop the trailer somewhere else. When I said she was a bad representative of U-haul she told me did not not work for U-haul, but was a Cannon employee. Wouldn't even give me my paperwork back, but was quick to lock the door which I didn't try to get in. This one needs to be shown the door. U-haul, check the people that represent your brand, you and Cannon self-storage can do better than a zero.
