Rented 20 foot and it was empty of gas. We were given keys to a 15 foot by mistake which we ended uü using. there was no dolly or blankets. went into and they had some blankets after all. its 99 cents a mile and there was a 25 dollar cleaning fee. wont use them again

Virginia BI rented a 4 x 8 cargo trailer and all went well. It was initially going to be a one-way with drop off in Orlando. However, circumstances changed where I needed to return to the original location. I worked with U-Haul to make the necessary arrangements. Everything went smoothly during pick up and drop off.
Timothy Cimprove by not forgetting about customers and taking care of the action at hand i reserved over a month before my move and when it came time to u-haul didn’t have a truck for me no call ahead to state the truck was ready for the next day they had me going to 2 different locations (far from eachother) just to get the truck i reserved a month in advance.
