The person, came out a yelled across the parking lot if I was dropping off, and that I needed to put the trailer in one spot and the truck in the other I told him I am dropping off my equipment and I will give him the keys and he can put the equipment where is best for him. He told me it would be a 25$ charge for him to do it. This was all being yelled across the parking lot to me. He didn’t come over and talk to me. Where has customer service gone?

GARY PRented 20 foot and it was empty of gas. We were given keys to a 15 foot by mistake which we ended uü using. there was no dolly or blankets. went into and they had some blankets after all. its 99 cents a mile and there was a 25 dollar cleaning fee. wont use them again
