The drop off location has no key drop box, and somehow they still weren't open 3 hours after they should have been. The most astonishing thing was that they "couldn't find" the 24' box truck in front of their gate, which i found out when uhaul called me to ask where the truck was.

DARRELL MOil life remaining meter said 0%, was told fuel tank was full was on 3/4 full, nothing was mentioned to turn off the tow/ haul mode when empty, no cruise control on vehicle.
