Using the app to pick up the truck was made way more difficult than it needed to be. Then it reversed my trip and said I was going from 2nd location to my current. It also had us select a different truck return location and then last minute told us we would be charged if we went there because it wasn't the planned truck return spot. Made dropping off the truck way more harder than it needed to be. It literally took over an hour to pick up and also drop off the truck. Way overpriced for all this nonsense.
michelle PThis location is small and there were no good spots to park the truck when dropping it off. I think I found the only spot that wasn't blocking anything. I rang the video door bell to try to ask where they would like me to park since space was such an issue but nobody answered. I understand this is a location without personnel working but I assume the video doorbell is there for a reason. Since I was able to figure it out at the end of the day, I still rate it excellent because technically there is no issue but if anyone else is dropping off here, it's important to know what you're walking into.
Jeffrey OIt took almost hour to get the key out of the lockbox. Customer service was helpful. The U-hual app is terrible. The employees at the facility were absolutely wonderful though.
