Let the customer know that your Uhaul app will "change" upon pickup and will be asked to upload the pictures of DL and truck. I worried for days that my DL wasn't uploaded and I would be denied my truck. I tried the live chat in the app, no one answered. I called a number that led me to a text message system. And finally got a number to call and that lady finally told me it would "change" in the app automatically at pickup time. Your video doesn't describe that very well!
