Service representative was late to opening/my pick-up time (10am). Not a big deal, but we were told by someone else there that we had to do everything online. I had questions, so when I called and got to speak to him, it turns out he walked in the building while I was signing in on my phone. He talked down to me and argued with me when I told him that I didn't appreciate how he was speaking to me. I had also originally tried to set my drop-off location to a place in Mullica Hill, which was near where we were dropping off furniture, but I was never informed that my drop-off location was all the way back up in Maple Shade until I got to the Mullica Hill location sometime after noon. Communication at this location was terrible. Happy to go further into detail about how I felt talked down to and disrespected if need be.

SATISH KI was charged way more than what I was told online. I said maybe I might go 60 miles but the charged me for 100. The check in was ridiculous and took over 30 minutes. I hope I never need to use you again.
