How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was a pleasant straightforward process. Only issue was nobody was in the office at my pickup time (10am) so it was hard to figure out where I could park/leave my vehicle while I was out with the rental.
William AMake sure the maintenance light and tire light isn’t on and corrected for the next customer
Lew FRob is great! The process to rent was smooth and easy. The drop off was also smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone!
Jennifer FSend an earlier confirmation that the vehicle will be ready. My email and phone call to the locaiton both went unanswered.
