They charged me for a cleaning fee and gas fee even though I returned the vehicle with more gas than when I received it, and left no trash or mess in the vehicle. They also tried to charge me for using over 300 miles when I used 55 miles. I was overcharged over a hundred dollars.

The price was never disclosed to me when making the reservation or when going to pick-up. I had to ask after already providing my credit card info.

Celeste Bclean the cars and give fuel credit when you fill past the line you were given - you have crazy rules for under-fueling - you can at least give us a fuel credit when you overfill - especially with this economy and war - you want to lose a customer for life? Give them a dirty car and don't give them fuel credit.
