Excellent help and service. Would recommend! We rented a truck to drive from Virginia to South Carolina and they chose wisely for us!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery helpful and courteous staff.
Richard BThe staff is very friendly and helpful. They happily answered all my questions and gladly guided me thru the entire experience. When I canceled due to a change in plans, they called to ask if I need to reschedule, which I eventually did. They value customer service which is rare nowadays. Thank you.
