My order requested moving blankets. I chose an 8:30am pickup due to the hot weather which meant I had to use the UHAUL app to check in which was super easy. I started a chat with a Uhaul specialist and they told me the office didn't open until 9am which is what the website stated if I wanted the blankets. So I waited until 9am even though I had people helping me move wait for me. I went to the office and was surprised to see a sign say they open at 12pm for summer hours. So I had no blankets to protect my furniture, and I lost time. I called the office at 12pm and they apologized and said I could extend my time to 4:30pm. I feel like with the stress I already had for moving these added mistakes did not help. I think I should get some type of refund.
