Location was changed the day before to a location that was closed on my pick up day. Eventually, I figured out the process, but it took a while that was not planned for in my morning.

The location was closed and I had to use the app to return the rental but the app was not working properly so it made too return take much longer and I still couldn't complete everything required
Danielle NI rented a dolly as an optional add-on, but it was never loaded onto the truck in the first place. To make matters worse, I was later charged for allegedly losing the dolly when I returned the truck. This experience is extremely disappointing and makes me seriously question whether I should use your service again in the future.
