The location was closed and I had to use the app to return the rental but the app was not working properly so it made too return take much longer and I still couldn't complete everything required

I rented a dolly as an optional add-on, but it was never loaded onto the truck in the first place. To make matters worse, I was later charged for allegedly losing the dolly when I returned the truck. This experience is extremely disappointing and makes me seriously question whether I should use your service again in the future.

Nicholas CI was unable to get my truck on time. The keys weren’t in the box. I called the number for customer service. The guy was so amazing and stated he would send in a complaint because I was late based off all of this. The guys when getting the trailer was terrible at the Portsmouth location. All they did was talk about getting females and even flirting with the us ladies that were there. Then when I dropped off my truck and trailer I was charged extra miles due to the different locations I had to go to. This experience was the worst and I definitely want to be compensated. This was super inconvenient and I was running behind 3 hrs because of this. Not impressed and definitely about to go to the BBB. It was terrible
