Much easier check-in and checkout than other locations. Might be nice if you had a sign outside saying you’re in chilled ponds.

The first trailer fell off 3 times going across the street to the next parking lot, the second trailer was bouncing every where , it wasn't secured and I had reserved it to take home to Orlando , no one there in daytime on this day that helped or even knew anything completely disappointed, I have rented there before a one way to Orlando and it was fine I'm so disappointed., I turned Right around , never used the trailer took me an hour to go 3 miles because I was afraid it would fall again,, they only issued a partial refund for a trailer I never used, never got to even load anything on I purchased to take home to Orlando ..

I had to walk him through the rental process and he was reluctant to except my direction, his co worker had to intervene & told him the same exact thing I was saying.Bad experience will not go back to that location and I rent U-Haul trucks 2-3 times a week
