This location set the bar for all your locations. 2 bad experiences at 2 other locations but this location is by far the most helpful, friendly staff I have ever encountered with. Not to mention the truck was clean.

Monique CThis location is a busy skate complex. I chose mobile check and was able to check in but I had to go into the complex and wait in line and wait for the person to give me a key. She had to call someone and then reluctantly handed me a key bc she wasn’t sure if the truck was previously checked in. It was a nice location bc I could park my car in the parking lot and the truck was easy to find. But the check in process took way too long.
AMBER DThe location didn’t even say U HAUL on the front, my key was also a little wonky to say the least, however the guy at the front was super kind and honestly just walking into the building I was feeling welcomed.
