Equipment was subpar. Old and nasty looking. Had to pick it up in a very muddy area This location does not have parts needed to hitch and had to go to another location Staff very nice but could tell they do not have a fully functional protocol like other locations.
Ricardo BThey had problems with the destination address...not Uhauls fault, and it took 45 minutes to get the truck. The address does not register as a valid address. The customer service rep called his manager and together they some how figured it out and got me on my way. Great customer service!
