The whole experience was horrible. First of all, I went to pick up my truck & they had given it away & charged me >$600 for it (they extended to 7days instead of 1). I wasted 2 hours of time waiting for them to get my refund & get the truck back that was registered in my name. When I dropped the truck off the next day in heathsville, the uhaul location was filthy. Trash & dirt on the floor inside the office. Worker was not friendly. He took the keys & said "good to go". It was very sketchy. The sign on the door said "closed" but it was during business time. The uhaul customer service rep "Diego" was very helpful! But as far as the pick up & drop off - that was bad.

I had to clean and sweep off the back of the truck before I could use it. And then they over charmed $84.00 for a gas fee when I put the same amount of fuel in it that it was when I picked it up and I took pictures. When I called the store to ask questions they didn’t answer and the mailbox is full. I will be disputing the charge
