Pickup location was changed twice and then the location I was sent was not even open on Sundays and it had to be changed again. My time was wasted driving to multiple locations. The items that we requested on our reservation (blankets, a dolley) were not available and neither was a lock for purchase. The truck was fine; there was a light on the dash requesting service to the tires.

Benjamin HThis whole experience was terrible! This location was the THIRD location I went to for that day. Agent told me I had to add the $15 insurance just for traffic control to tell me that was not true. I rented a 10 foot truck and was charged for a 20 foot truck because all that had and that is not right. If you don’t have the truck in stock and have to upgrade me that should be on Uhauls dime not mine! Also they had me dropping off in the same area i picked up when it was supposed to a one way!
