The windshield wipers on this vehicle were defective I had to go out and buy brand new ones out of my own pocket to replace them in order to make it safe to drive

CORDELL FPickup location was changed twice and then the location I was sent was not even open on Sundays and it had to be changed again. My time was wasted driving to multiple locations. The items that we requested on our reservation (blankets, a dolley) were not available and neither was a lock for purchase. The truck was fine; there was a light on the dash requesting service to the tires.
