This whole experience was terrible! This location was the THIRD location I went to for that day. Agent told me I had to add the $15 insurance just for traffic control to tell me that was not true. I rented a 10 foot truck and was charged for a 20 foot truck because all that had and that is not right. If you don’t have the truck in stock and have to upgrade me that should be on Uhauls dime not mine! Also they had me dropping off in the same area i picked up when it was supposed to a one way!

RICHARD AThe people were very friendly and helpful
JAMES WI gave 4 stars because we ordered blankets and they had none when we arrived and said we should go to a normal Uhaul place if we wanted blankets! Thais caused us not to be able to pack many items. We have to take another trip to get the rest of the collectible bikes. This is probably U-Haul’s fault and not Orange market but maybe they should have called and asked for the blankets to be sent over.
DAVID ACustomer service was great but took a bit of time because cc chip reader wasn’t working so had to enter manually several times before it worked.
