It was odd that the location was closed on a Thursday. I had to use your customer service person to secure the truck. I admit to being technologically challenged. The van only had 7500 miles. But the interior could have been cleaner.

katrina pThis comment and rating relates to the mobile pickup, not the location itself. I have no issues with the location. The pickup was very difficult. The "pick up by mobile" took around an hour at the location, and we had to speak to a customer service representative because we arrived too late (I'm not sure why that's a friction). Additionally, I wasn't allowed to rent the van at all, because I didn't have a US-issued ID (I provided my UK driving license and UK passport; a UK driving license is sufficient to drive in the US, so I'm not sure why a US-issued ID is required). This wasn't made clear in advance, and I have rented in person from this store before with those credentials without any issues. I'm not sure why the mobile pickup was made to be so difficult and took so long. This should be as simple as completing your purchase in advance and unlocking the door with your app when within range, any time within the agreed rental window. My wife ended up having to rent the van instead because she was able to produce the US ID.
