My issue is not with the location, but with the app. I don’t know if there’s any way this feedback can get to corporate, but it is so aggravating to have to put in all of my information every single time I need to rent a truck. I don’t get it, I have an account, and it saves my credit card number, but can’t save my photo or the photos of my license? How about my name and address? When I rent the truck, it asks me how far I intend to drive. Then when I go to pick up the truck, I then have to put all of the same info in AGAIN. Then when I drop it off, I have to take all of those photos. They need to do something about that.
