Upon return of the truck, I first saw the fine print about returning the vehicle with the fuel refilled to its original level. At no point in the reservation of the truck did even the fine print point out such details. If you do not return with the same level, they will charge you $4.55 per gallon missing and $30 if the total tank is less than 1/4 full, which it would be since they only gave it to me with less than 1/2 tank. The 15' truck I used got less than 9 miles per gallon. Additionally, it would have been nice to know that the app check in and return take at least 10 minutes if not more. I had to do it in 20 degree weather. Much of it could have been done beforehand, other than the pictures of the inside and outside of truck. The truck cup holders looked pretty dirty, but the rest was clean.
