I had no idea that this facility is there. IT IS FANTASTIC and the customer service is spot on. They helped me, explained things and made sure I understood everything. LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THEM IN LATE JULY when I move. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Christian KI also didn't complete the drop off procedure correctly because the app is confusing as hell and I didn't know what I was doing. If I ever use uhaul again I'm only doing so when I can work with an actual person.
