Air conditioning didn't work, 80 degree moving day. Service at the gas plus was not friendly and really didn't want to help me. I WONT RENT AGAIN FROM THEM! SECOND TIME AND JUST BRUTAL.

Satwinderpre KThe past experience with U-haul was extremely disappointing. I tried to book online , the support lady tried to charge my credit card 10 times . Over an hour on the phone to just cancel. I received duplicate 6 texts ( saying same thing) . They tried to cancel my reservation 2 hours after booking in person, saying no truck available . Shady marketing, you advertise 19.95 a day but rep is asking hours you need truck. That doesn’t matter because a day is 24 hours . I will not be booking again with U-Haul. Get better customer service in person and on the phone
