I was given 3/8 gas and returned it just over 3/8. Thankfully, I had take a photo at pick and return. Unfortunately, I lost 30 min of going back and forward about the gas. Time that I could have used to be productive, instead I was made to feel belittled and unappreciated. Especially when I use your service often in the past. Seems this is how they make their money at this location I by convincing people that did wrong when they haven’t. Full to full policy would probably help eliminate this issue in future. I definitely won’t recommend.

The truck they rented was covered in snow and ice which I think should be cleaned off knowing that there was a truck reserved for the day.

Rylie LIf you change a pick up location don’t change it over 75 km away and notify the client before pick up time not an hour after it is done. Also should give discounts for wasting customers times especially on moving days. We have used U-Haul quite a bit and this by far was the worst experience.
