My second rental from this location. Great service!
Robert HThe Dropoff location didn’t care that I was there to drop off the trailer bc they have a primary business. They had me pull the trailer to to back of the business but didn’t check out the trailer or return it so it continued to show “active” in the system for weeks.

Nathan BChesapeake Outdoor Structures were great. However, we initially reserved the truck from the Grasonville location. A few days before the move, we were told the truck was only available for local use only and not available for a one way move and we had to go to a location out of our way to pick up the truck ourself. I don't understand how one can reserve a truck and then be told, sorry, we have one but you cannot have it. :(
