I was charged a $25 cleaning fee incorrectly. The truck was left spotless. I called and my statement was updated immediately so the issue was resolved. However, I am disappointed because it seems like I was charged routinely, hoping that I wouldn't notice the additional $25. The staff at the location were amazing and I plan to rent there again and chalk this up to just a mistake.

I had to wait in line for about 45 minutes to pick up the car. I paid to rent a dolly but they didn't have one for me. And according to my bill it looks like I was double charged

Vehicle battery update and survey on vehicle issues needed. For example I noticed that when refueling that the pump anti spill cut off is activated. I was not able to refill properly. Possible issue with tank. In addition, the battery died during my move. Needed roadside assistance. Possibly need new battery.

I kept receiving txt messages that were for the wrong drop off location. It kept switching. I had to call and remind them of the agreed upon Downers Grove drop off.

This location was better than my first experience. I had originally received a different pickup location. When I followed the address that was given it was in the middle of nowhere. It was just a parking lot. There was no number or location of the office. The company is Jan Enterprises Inc. I got texts 10 minutes before my pickup time from a personal mobile number saying they close in 10 minutes and I have to be there within in 10 or they are closing. A series of disrespectful texts continued and as I arrived in the empty parking lot I called the person but no answer. Not sure why U-haul service was so unprofessional this time.

Couldn't ding the gas tank called customer service and they told me by the driver backside was charged $4 for gas used wasn't told when I rented the truck that it was by the front driver side door. Reserved online entered pick up n drop off zip codes n was told I couldn't drop it off elsewhere it was a big inconvenience I had to drive back north to drop it off and paid extra unnecessary miles. Lines were slow and when I dropped off the van no one assisted me had to go the office

The truck that was shaking at high speed and didn't appear to have been thoroughly inspected prior to giving it to me. The clerk only pointed at the gauge on the receipt and failed to explain the details of refilling the the tank upon return; as result I over filled the has tank costing me an additional estimated $20+, as the staff seemed to find humor in this mistake. Then after speaking to the manager on duty who was very short in his answers, not only did he not at least apologize or suggest any kind of reasonable accommodation for the slow moving gas gauge and over fill, he insist that I should have known. I walked away feeling like I'd been robbed!!!

This location was great. However, your location at 3250 N Kedzie in Chicago was AWFUL. I was just a couple of minutes past closing time to pick-up my reserved truck and the staff could NOT have been any more rude if they had tried. Specifically a girl with really long blonde hair - probably early 20s. I understand policy and closing times, but I had even called ahead on my way to see if anyone could just wait even a few minutes for me, as I was in desperate need. Her curt replies and reasoning of "we're closed" was over-the-top. I vowed at that moment to never use your company again. Fortunately, the experience at Lincoln Park was much better.

better way finding signage - knowing which doors to go in or exactly how to get from one transaction location to another (say getting from the reservation desk to the vehicle pick up location) could be better marked. Also having some sort of indicator or call button so a customer knows they've been seen by staff or can actively page staff to the vehicle return location.

Prestige Movers provided myself and my family with extraordinary moving help. We were working under unusual circumstances. My son needed to be out of his apartment on September 30th by midnight. The landlord of his new apartment stated that he could move in at 7:00pm on the 30th. It was a late Friday night move and when we arrived at the new location, one of the tenants had not moved out...at all. The movers were wonderful in assisting us move in around someone else's furniture. Truly for a typically crazy move these gentlemen were fabulous. I recommend them completely!

I went to order a cargo van on Broadway near Wilson , which is nearest uhaul company to where I lived , after two days I went there to get a van, there is a men who told me my order is in fullorton which is damn far omg. I never expect that. When I ask the guy why it is like that. He said equipment not available. I said what equipment. As I see lots of cargo van outside. I ask what equipment the reaponce to me and said I don't have time to explain . Is this the way? I have got good lesson from them. Those who are new to deal with this people please carefull . Finally I went to fullorton no any option. I should record the voice at that time. I am sooooo upset .

On the 16th of September I reserved a Uhaul for my move this past Friday, September 30th for eleven hours from 8am-7pm for which I received a confirmation email from the company. When I arrived that morning to pick up the truck I was informed I was only allowed to use the Uhaul until 2pm. The manager, Martin, informed me that they emailed me the day before my rental pickup informing me of the change. However, when he read me the email address it was sent it to, it was incorrect. He refused to acknowledge confirmation that I had present. At this point my $120/hr movers were arriving and his only "solution" was to reserve me a Uhaul over 30 mins away (one-way) or I could take the Uhaul I had reserved initially and pay for the move after mine. Additional charges that I incurred were out of my control and could have been avoided if they had properly confirmed the change in reservation with me.

I received a lot of phone calls from people at this location regarding my drop-off time. One person called and was pushy about having me drop it off early. Another person was incredibly rude when asking me when I was dropping off the U-Haul. The last person's demeanor was fine, but why did I receive 3 phone calls for this? Also why did my reservation say 2 days + 12 hours and yet I was charged an extra day fee?
