I dropped off my return at 11 AM (an hour early as it was due at noon). The gentleman at the desk asked if I was picking up or dropping off. I told him dropping off. He took the key to the truck and went to his desk for ~3minutes, came back and told me I was all set. He didn't process my return until 5PM and tried to charge me for an extra day. I called support and David took care of me, but I feel like this is a gross error on the drop off locations part and completely unacceptable.
