It was a horrible experience. I was stuck in the snow for over an hour. The temperature was below zero and the uhaul was freezing. The lock box was a nightmare to open. You have to be a certain height and have a certain strength to get the key. After several attempts and going to.pick up a friend, he finally opened it. I WILL NEVER USE THAT LOCATION AGAIN. I was also promised a reimbursement that I never received from "uhaul guarantee"

Make sure that the extra services are in truck. We were not given a dolly or the pads. Our pick up was at 7 am.
