The app did not give me the option to "Pick up my truck". Only after many calls, and having to return to the location twice did I get access.

MOHAMED IThere was no one at the location. The truck was okay on the inside, but dirty on the outside. Having someone present, or at least directly available on the phone, would be helpful.
Jerry LScheduled pick up for 10 AM and the place did not open until 11AM. Had to sit outside in a sketchy area for over an hour due to Uhaul changing my pickup location.
