There was no one at the location. The truck was okay on the inside, but dirty on the outside. Having someone present, or at least directly available on the phone, would be helpful.

Scheduled pick up for 10 AM and the place did not open until 11AM. Had to sit outside in a sketchy area for over an hour due to Uhaul changing my pickup location.
