This uhaul experience was terrible. I was redirected to this location and was not told that the pick up would not be in person which was the way how i wanted to pick up the truck. I was not ready to pick up through the app, did not have the app downloaded, and the person at the location was rude, not willing to help and acted as he has nothing to do with uhaul at all. Finally after 20 min running behind the schedule with my movers, somebody called me and checked me in over the phone and told the guy at the location to help me out which he u willingly did. Rhe key for the truck was dia located and the fuel was close to empty. Finally, they over charged my on the final bill because the person who checked me in added the coverage i didnt not opt in and started the reservation with wrong fuel level. Over the phone they didnt help with this and now i am waiting (probably in vain) from customer service to call me to dispute charges. They said it might take 3 days, yes 3 days to reach out.
