Pickup was at a different location and they didn't even have my truck. Had to come to this location and truck was dirty and it took a hour because of rush hour traffic

The mobile pickup was unfriendly and time consuming. It took me 30 minutes in the sun and mobile pickup was useless. Also the pickup location was updated to a farther location last minute which was really inconvenient.
