The lock was stuck.. it was very hard to open the truck without the help of the gas station providing me a screwdriver 🪛... Also the u haul app was giving me so.much errors that it was hard to use ...
Piotr AOne of the worst experiences ever. I tried returning the dolly back to the truck location where I had dropped it off because I forgot. Their webpage that had my rental details on it gave me a drop off location address that was not where I dropped it off. I Spent a lot of time physically, and on the phone with them, trying to get them to tell me where I had returned the truck to. They were unable to do that. U-Haul is a living nightmare.
Tim MThis place had no signage to indicate it was the correct location. I drove in circles around it looking for the name of the business I was provided. This was another last minute change which was a massive inconvenience. I had to drive an hour across Chicago to get here compared to my original drop off location because it was “full” which is a U-Haul problem that they should have resolved. If you want me to re-disburse your equipment for you, there should be compensation or discounts applied to make it work. This was the worst reservation I’ve had for a rental vehicle.
