app was not working, had to call multiple numbers to deal with representative, some numbers were not answering, very tedious process on both ends (picking up and dropping off), almost failed on both ends. nothing went as planned and smooth. i was grateful for convenience (pickup was a mile away, van was there), but the process itself is not planned well.

BRENDAN BVery poor communication about the pickup location. It was very unclear that this was simply a van somewhere in a garage. We had difficulty finding the van. It was also not communicated to me that I needed the app to check out the van. I only discovered that when I arrived and called uhaul.
