Location is good, no U-Haul person there, have to park on the streets, return was easy.

I have to say that at first glance this location looked a mess but everything worked out with out a hitch. I went into the office and before long the truck was ready for me and when I came back to add the car dolly, it was added with out any issues... Good Experience.
MARIO OThe place I was supposed to drop it off at was under new ownership for the last 3 month and was not associated with UHaul! so I had to park the trailer in the street and take pictures and a video just in case it got stolen. I did call U-Haul to let them know and they had it figured out
Jose FHi there, I used this rental facility and they charged me a refuel fee (as well as $20 worth of diesel) for a 6 mile trip, over $50 total. It’s not possible that I used that much fuel. Still waiting on a refund. The people working there seemed nice but they are not professional.
TRUE MSelf check in and pick up was easy- when I dropped off they were still there even though it was after hours and super nice and helpful! Highly recommend this location- top notch and easiest and fastest Haul experience I have ever had in my close to dozen Haul rentals from various locations.
