The vehicle had a boot, so I never even got the keys. I was told it would be 3-5 business days for reimbursement. Instead I was charged at a later date for a transaction that NEVER HAPPENED !!! Very frustrating to say the least.

Broken glass on the curb and around truck
Robert BThe code for the truck was incorrect, had to contact customer service and through an agent attempt multiple codes as the location guessed through their fleet of codes. The truck also had the gas light on, we had to immediately drive it to a station.
