Your application needs urgent improvement as the second time with a reserved truck I had big time issues to go to the proceed and finalize the lease on the app...it was taking me to the first screen when extremely advanced, even after picking up the car keys, issues to input the pictures and get the process finalized....More disturbing it the fact that when I called for help the AI answer was "we will call you back in 40 minutes"....this is beyond and imagination...I am renting a truck with my furniture in the garage and helpers waiting for me to get this type of message???... Extremely unsatisfied with the way your company is handling both the application as the customer support!

Some issue using the bar code to book, it goes to the webside and not easy to get approved like when in the app. Atleast I got a faster help on phone.
George KYour application is extremely unrefined and lacks support, I needed to input the lease information several times, until ready to pick up the truck ...this cost me an excess of 45 min for my move...improve your app!!!!
ROMULUS GI reserved a van and upon pickup there was no van available. I tried messaging customer service and received NO response after waiting 20 plus minutes. I lost an hour of my rental time waiting on someone to help me fix it
