The customer service wasn’t bad. I reserved my pickup for 7:30 AM only to arrive to find out I wasn’t able to pick up my reservation until 11 AM.
Jeremiah RI experienced some difficulties unlocking the key box with the code because the lock was a bit dirty. Upon returning the van, the agent came out to assist me due to the inconvenience which i was experiencing. Agent was very helpful.
Kveta Ddidn’t approve my mobile pickup in time so I had to go in and wait for 20 minutes while the shop owner got another person on the phone to approve me. the person on the phone was preoccupied selling something to someone at the same time he was going over my contract. The parking spot I was supposed to get the truck back into was sandwiched tightly between a pole and another truck in a narrow alley.
Ava WThe car interior had an old water bottle and dog hair, so probably just basic cleaning, besides that nice guy and good service
