The vehicle pickup area is extremely frightening at night. The driving lanes are incredibly narrow, creating a high risk of accidents—particularly when parking after dark. Furthermore, the area is unsanitary; I even encountered a rat near the trash bins when I went to retrieve my car, which was a truly terrifying experience.
