I didn't reserve this location; you sent me there with no communication. The clerk was kind, but visibly overwhelmed and could do nothing without someone on the phone directing him. Everything about the experience felt unprofessional and shady.

Friedhard KThe app didn't work properly for me. Even the merchant was confused. Then when dropping off the vehicle, the app wasn't working properly again and it made me do an after hours drop off and charged me an extra $20.
Eric GHonestly, this was a perfect experience and I cannot say there is anything for you to improve. The instructions were clear and the system worked as intended. I unexpectedly needed a truck on moving day, which in Chicago can be difficult, and Uhaul came through for me.
ASHLEY MI went to a location that i was told my truck would be and it wasnt there. I waited on hold for 30 minutes, then got a truck at another location. Overall terrible experience
