Some issue using the bar code to book, it goes to the webside and not easy to get approved like when in the app. Atleast I got a faster help on phone.

Your application is extremely unrefined and lacks support, I needed to input the lease information several times, until ready to pick up the truck ...this cost me an excess of 45 min for my move...improve your app!!!!
ROMULUS GI reserved a van and upon pickup there was no van available. I tried messaging customer service and received NO response after waiting 20 plus minutes. I lost an hour of my rental time waiting on someone to help me fix it
