The location signs were not easy to find and the person who I dropped off the truck did not really check me in. He said to just drop it off.

Maybe I missed it but the ability to lock the storage door on the truck would be nice
Jim SThey did a great job of working around a problem to get me a vehicle in a timely fashion.
Todd HCan was not clean Very low fuel then was charged a $30 service charge for gas plus a gas fee . We used the truck for 8’ miles. Furniture mover we ordered was not availabe . Person checking us in was not knowledgeable about the check in and out process.
Jeff aClosed during normal business hours because of rain. Only occasionally reachable by phone. U-haul system broke during rental and shop was closed so returning was a nightmare.
